What you get, and when
Nothing is posted — what a training fee buys is a seat, a batch and a certificate. This page says how long each of those takes, and what has to be true before a certificate can be issued at all.

01Nothing is shipped
We sell training, not goods. No parcel is dispatched and there is no delivery address to give us. What a fee buys is a place on a batch, the training itself, and the certificate the course concludes in.
Everything below is therefore measured in working days from something that happened — a payment clearing, a course finishing — rather than in transit time.
02Your seat, within 24 hours
Once a payment reaches us, we confirm the seat within 24 hours by WhatsApp and email. The confirmation names the course, the centre and the batch dates, so there is a written record of what was booked.
If 24 hours pass and nothing has arrived, write to us with the payment reference rather than paying again. We would rather trace one payment than refund a second.
03The batch runs on its agreed dates
The dates in your confirmation are the dates the batch runs. If we have to move a batch — and occasionally we do — we tell you as soon as we know and you choose between a full refund and a place on the next one. That is set out in the refund policy.
A batch at your own depot runs on the dates agreed in the quotation.
04The certificate, within 7 working days
A certificate is issued once three things are true: the course is complete, the attendance is complete, and the fee is paid in full. When all three hold, it is issued within 7 working days.
The attendance requirement is not ours to relax. Every course carries a minimum number of hours fixed by regulation, and a certificate is a statement that those hours were completed — so we cannot issue one to somebody who did not sit them, however good a reason there was for missing them. A trainee who misses part of a batch is moved to a later one instead.
- —Accredited centre courses conclude in Form 5B, which exempts the holder from the driving test at the RTO
- —The three-day Rule 9 course concludes in the certificate on which the State Transport Department endorses the carriage of hazardous goods
- —The shorter safety courses conclude in a certificate of completion issued by the centre
05The driving-skill test, and the licence
We take no payment directly from any candidate. The centre is a facility centre for the Transport Department's driving-skill test: it is conducted by RTO officials on our track, in collaboration with the centre, and the fee is paid by the applicant directly on the Government portal. The result is recorded against the application and sent to the licensing authority.
The licence itself is issued by the licensing authority on its own fee and its own timeline, typically 7 to 15 working days after the result reaches it. That part is not ours, and nothing we are paid affects it.
06If something has not arrived
Write to info@saferoad.in with the payment reference, or telephone the number on the contact page during office hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, except government holidays. We reply the same working day.
If what you want is the money back rather than the training, the refund policy sets out when that is possible and how to ask.
