Two sets of figures, and they work differently. The driver training courses at the accredited centres are priced by the State, which fixes a ceiling every centre in Uttar Pradesh must stay under. The dangerous goods and safety courses at Varanasi are ours to price, and we publish them here.
Fixed by the State Transport Authority for every accredited centre in Uttar Pradesh, by its notification of 2 February 2023. These figures are inclusive of GST, and they are a ceiling rather than our quotation: no centre may ask an individual learner for more. A batch sent by an employer is quoted separately — see below.
Amounts are inclusive of GST. The driving-skill test is not on this list because we take no payment for it directly from a candidate — see below.
These courses are ours rather than the State's, so the rate is ours to set and GST is charged on top of it. A batch at your depot, or a group sent to Varanasi, is quoted rather than priced from this list.
GST is charged in addition, as applicable. The three-day Rule 9 course is quoted because it is run for a single driver and for a depot’s batch alike, at Varanasi or at your own premises, and those are not the same job.
We take no payment directly from any candidate. The centre is a facility centre for the Transport Department’s driving-skill test: it is conducted by RTO officials on our track, in collaboration with the centre, and the fee is paid by the applicant directly on the Government portal.
A licence is issued by the licensing authority, on its own fee and its own timeline. What a course fee buys is the training and the certificate the course concludes in.
Tell us the product, the head count and the location. A quotation and the dates the centre is free come back the same working day. An on-site batch at your depot is quoted the same way.
